Portfolio Manager

Mr. Petro is the Portfolio Manager of Putnam Small Cap Value Fund, Putnam BDC Income ETF, and related separately managed accounts. He is responsible for the overall strategy and positioning of Putnam’s small-cap value and BDC (business development company) capabilities. Previously as an Analyst, Mr. Petro covered multiple sectors in the small-cap value universe, including financial services, health care, technology, capital goods, and telecommunication services. He joined Putnam in 2002 and has been in the investment industry since 1999.
