Review your News feed. LinkedIn members share interesting articles, information, and updates here. Take a minute to review your newsfeed to see what’s happening with clients and your connections.
Review your Network activity. LinkedIn gives you access to business and personal intelligence as it happens, in real time.
Check Notifications. LinkedIn can keep you abreast of money in motion opportunities. All these things — job changes, promotions, family additions, moves to another city — mean that clients are looking for help with major financial decisions.
Prepare for meetings. Review any new events that have taken place like job changes to discuss rollovers or to ask for warm referrals when meeting with clients and prospects.
PRO TIP: Before each meeting research how you’re connected with that client or prospect on LinkedIn. It’s a great ice breaker!
