Mr. Jaroch is the Portfolio Manager of Putnam Large Cap Value Fund, Putnam International Value Fund,
and related exchange-trade funds and separately managed accounts. He also manages U.S. large cap
value, non-U.S. value, and global value equity strategies for institutional portfolios. Previously at Putnam,
Mr. Jaroch managed global core equity strategies and worked on quantitative models as a member of the
U.S. Value team. He joined Putnam in 1999 and has been in the investment industry since 1996.
