Di Yao
Portfolio Manager, Analyst
Mr. Yao is a Portfolio Manager of Putnam Global Technology Fund. In addition, he is an Analyst in Putnam's Equity Research group and for 37 Capital's TMT Long/Short Equity strategy, focusing on the non-U.S. technology sector. Mr. Yao is responsible for conducting fundamental analysis, developing insights on material sustainability issues, assessing valuation of companies in the semiconductor and hardware industries, and making buy/sell recommendations. Previously at Putnam, Mr. Yao was a Programmer Analyst in the Equity Research group. He has been in the investment industry since he joined Putnam in 2005.
