Paid leave for new parents

In addition to 100% pay under our generous disability program for new mothers, all associates may take up to six weeks of paid leave at 100%, and an additional six weeks paid under the private bonding leave, when you or your partner bring a new child home through birth, adoption, fostering, or a surrogate parenting arrangement.

Up to 12 weeks of bonding time, with 100% pay for 6 weeks and paid time off for 6 more weeks under the private bonding plan

Tuition assistance

Putnam recognizes the professional development of our associates through outside study is mutually beneficial. For that reason, reimbursement for the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and other degree programs is offered to encourage you to further your education.
