Mr. Topper is a Trader in the Fixed Income Money Market group. He is a portfolio manager of Putnam Money Market Fund and Putnam Government Money Market Fund. Mr. Topper develops and implements investment strategies for portfolios managed under SEC Rule 2a-7. He has been in the investment industry since he joined Putnam in 1990.
