Mr. Monroe is a Portfolio Manager in the Small Cap Equities group. He is the Portfolio Manager of Putnam Small Cap Growth Fund. Previously at Putnam, Mr. Monroe was an Analyst in the Equity Research group. He was responsible for conducting fundamental analysis and valuation of small- and mid-cap companies in the industrials sector and making buy/sell recommendations. Mr. Monroe joined Putnam in 2012 and has been in the investment industry since 1996.
