Di Yao

Portfolio Manager, Analyst

Mr. Yao is the Portfolio Manager of Putnam's Global Technology strategies. In addition, he is an Analyst in Putnam's Equity Research group, focusing on the non-U.S. technology sector. Mr. Yao is responsible for conducting fundamental analysis, developing insights on material sustainability issues, assessing valuations of companies in the semiconductor and hardware industries, and making buy/sell recommendations. Previously at Putnam, Mr. Yao was a Programmer Analyst in the Equity Research group. He has been in the investment industry since he joined Putnam in 2005.
