Retail managed account programs: Putnam Investment Management, LLC (“Putnam”) offers non-discretionary investment advisory services through managed account programs and platforms sponsored by non-affiliated financial intermediaries (“Unaffiliated Financial Intermediaries”) pursuant to “model delivery” managed account arrangements.
